DOES THE Drop offer memberships?

Do I NEED TO PAY A MONTHLY membership FEE to play AT THE DROP?
Nope! We have a no-strings attached, drop-in option available. Only pay for the court time you use.
What’s available for pickleball beginners?
We offer regular, introductory classes on basic skills & rules, with paddles & balls provided.
AM I able to reserve a private court?
For sure. The Drop is using CourtReserve to manage all club bookings, including court reservations. Sign Up for a free CourtReserve account to get started.
IS THERE organized, leveled play?
Definitely. We have lots of great options for every level of play, from beginner to pro.

Players are assigned a rating based on skill level. Leveled play helps match players to others with similar skill levels so games are always fun!
What programming IS available?
Open play, structured play, instruction including classes, coaching, & clinics, leagues, tournaments, ball machine rental, socials & more.
how does the waitlist work?
If a spot opens up more than 12 hours before the program starts, players are automatically registered in waitlist order. If less than 12 hours, all players are notified & registration is 1st come, 1st served.
Can I host a private event at The Drop?
Yes! Rent all or part of our facility for parties, team bonding, corporate events, etc.

When do free open play sessions for Dink members reset?
Free Open Play for every Dink Member resets on the first day of each month.
Where do I see how many open play sessions i have attended in a month?
In the CourtReserve app! More > My Bookings > Filter > under Date choose Custom & select the first day of the month. This will show you your past bookings for the month.
Uncheck everything at the top of the Filter list to only see your Programs - Registered.
HOW DO I CANCEL or change MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel or change your Dink or Drive membership, please contact billing@thedroppc.com. You will receive a reply within one business day.
Drop In members are able to upgrade their membership in the CourtReserve app: More > My Membership > Change Membership
How ARE ratings determined?
Players select a self-rating during sign-up & can adjust it as their skills evolve. Most programs at The Drop utilize these self-ratings, though certain high-level programming may require an eligible DUPR rating.
HOW CAN I GET A DUPR RATING?
Creating a DUPR account is free and can be easily linked to your CourtReserve profile. To establish or build your rating, look for specific programs and events at The Drop that include DUPR entry.
